Request a FREE 30-minute consultation to get more information about connecting with one of our coaches to begin creating wellbeing.  We provide coaching and coach-mentoring in accordance with the International Coaching Federation's Core Competencies and adhere to their Code of Ethics. 

Our 6 session coaching package is recommended for anyone wishing to learn to apply our approach to increasing readiness and wellbeing.  The personalized package includes Wellness Inventory Assessments and a 1-year subscription to the wellness tools and information at Healthy - www.bodymindspirit.com.   With this package, our clients learn to use our signature R.A.M.P. approach to creating long-term, values-aligned, desired outcomes.  Clients schedule their sessions as desired; however, we generally encourage four weekly or biweekly sessions initially, with two follow-up sessions to monitor progress and make any needed adjustments.  Coaching sessions are conducted by phone or by video teleconferencing.  All sessions should be completed within a 6-month timeframe.  Each of the six sessions is 75 minutes in length and there is additional preparatory exploratory work to ensure we utilize our time together well.  We emphasize providing the highest quality of coaching and having heartfelt respect for each unique individual we work with.  While this package was developed specifically for coaches, it is available to anyone who wishes to learn our approach to improving wellbeing for themselves or others.
